Undersecretary for International Affairs at the United States Treasury Department from 2023-2025, Shambaugh was a professor of economics at Dartmouth from 2002-11 and a member of the Council of Economic Advisers from 2015-2017. In this talk, he will address problems of international policy in the current age of upheaval.
