Hank Clark, senior lecturer and PEP program director, will discuss some of the possibilities. It seems the relationship is longer and more complicated than we often realize, with big implications for how we see things today.

This talk is a kind of prequel to one by Joseph Henrich (Harvard) the next day, "The WEIRDest People in the World" in Carpenter 013.
