Such are among the questions David Miller will address in his presentation.

Fellow at Nuffield College, Oxford, since 1979, Miller is one of the world's
most respected political theorists, bringing evidence from the social sciences
to bear on topics ranging from market socialism, to citizenship, to the idea of
justice in all its settings.
